Hillary Clinton Seeks To Place Jesuit A Heartbeat From Becoming U.S. President

selects former Governor of Virginia Tim Kaine as running mate
if elected would be the 2nd Roman Catholic U.S. Vice President,
after predictably pro Rome Joseph Biden
and the first openly Jesuit affiliated

1976 graduate of Rockhurst High School, a Jesuit school located in Kansas City.
1980-1981 worked with Jesuit missionaries in Honduras

In 1908, Rev. Michael P. Dowling, S.J., selected a site for a Jesuit school at 52nd and Troost St. in Kansas City. The name "Rockhurst" was chosen because large rocks found on the school new grounds resembled those at Stonyhurst, a Jesuit-owned plot of land in Lancashire, England. Rockhurst was established by the Society of Jesus and chartered by the State of Missouri as part of Rockhurst College in August 1910. Classes began in the fall of 1914 In 1917, Luke J. Bryne Jr became the first graduate of the school. It changed its name to "Rockhurst High School" in 1923. The high school shared a campus and corporate umbrella with the college until 1962, when it moved to the Greenlease Campus—named for its principal benefactor, Robert C. Greenlease.[2]
According to a July 23, 2016 Time magazine article authored by Christoper J. Hale:

“That high school experience with the Jesuits was a key part of my transition into an adult life where instead of just accepting the answers of my parents or others, I’ve been a person who wants to go out and find the answers on my own, and the Jesuits get credit for that,” ...

According to his wiki bio:
Kaine received his B.A. in economics from the University of Missouri in 1979, completing his degree in three years and graduating summa cum laude.[2][3] He was a Coro Foundation fellow in Kansas City in 1978,[8] then attended Harvard Law School, taking a break during law school to work with the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Honduras.[9] Kaine worked in Honduras for nine months from 1980 to 1981, helping Jesuit missionaries who ran a Catholic school in El Progreso.[10][6] While running a vocational center that taught carpentry and welding, he also helped increase the school's enrollment by recruiting local villagers.[3] Kaine is fluent in Spanish as a result of his year in Honduras.[10]
According to the July 23, 2016 Time article:
According to Kaine, that year was a watershed time in his life. “I think of El Progreso everyday,” Kaine said. “The people, aside from my family, are the most important in shaping who I am today.”
He also claims his experiences with the Jesuits have inspired his public service: “I do what I do for spiritual reasons. I’m always thinking about the momentary reality, but also how it connects with bigger matters of what’s important in life.”

Kaine grew up in a very devout family. He told C-SPAN earlier this year that “when we got back from a vacation on a Sunday night at 7:30 PM, they would know the one church in Kansas City that had an 8 PM Mass that we can make.”
Kaine still attends Mass with his wife today at a predominantly African American parish in Richmond, where he once was a choir member before his demanding political schedule got in the way.
Kaine has had run-ins with the Church on social issues, most notably on abortion and the death penalty. Kaine supports abortion rights, which is against Catholic teaching.

Asked about this issue earlier this summer, Kaine responded: “I have a traditional Catholic personal position, but I am very strongly supportive that women should make these decisions and government shouldn’t intrude.”

That nuanced view will be difficult to swallow for many abortion rights activists within the Democratic Party and with many of his fellow Catholics who support the right to life from conception.
Kaine does, however, support many of the economic and social justice issues at the heart of the Church’s teaching, most notably support for comprehensive immigration reform.
During Pope Francis’s trip last fall, Kaine said he was moved to tears by the pontiff’s address to Congress.

The Virginia Senator recently told me that he considered Pope Francis to be his hero.
After Francis’s address last September, Kaine said that Francis should force us to “ask what our motives are as a nation.”

On the abortion issue, Kaine describes himself as anti abortion, yet also anti government intervention in the process.

As Virginia governor he supported some interventions, such as mandating parental notification and restrictions on partial birth abortion.

More recently as a U.S. Senator, he has earned a 100% record from Planned Parenthood.

Leading pro-life groups know Kaine is pro-abortion.

“Like Hillary Clinton, Sen. Tim Kaine supports the current policy of abortion on demand,” said Carol Tobias, president of National Right to Life. “Like Hillary Clinton, Sen. Kaine is so extreme on abortion he opposes even the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, legislation to protect unborn children from abortion after 20 weeks, when they are capable of feeling excruciating pain during dismemberment or other late abortion methods.”

As a U.S. senator, Kaine has voted against the pro-life position every chance he got. Sen. Kaine voted to allow government funding of abortion providers, and he voted against legislation to require an abortionist to notify at least one parent before performing an abortion on a minor girl from another state.

Kaine took his most extreme pro-abortion action yet with his recent co-sponsorship of the so-called “Women’s Health Protection Act” (S.217), known to pro-lifers as the “Abortion Without Limits Until Birth Act.” This bill would nullify nearly all existing state and federal limitations on regulation of abortion, and prohibit states from enacting meaningful pro-life laws in the future. This revamped version of the long-stalled “Freedom of Choice Act” is a priority of the pro-abortion forces in Washington, D.C.
A genera lack of concern over the issue of pain regarding methods of abortion would fly in the face of general concerns of such for say how animals are slaughtered for food, yet is alas nonetheless near typical among the lockstep political ideological scene.

Though taking a non governmental interventionist stance on abortion, Kaine has taken the diametrically opposite stance regarding actual matters of 'what one does with their own body' with regards to Rome's Pharmacratic inquisition.

He has stated that he would not vote to end the prohibition on Cannabis, embodied in U.S. federal legislation in the 1970 Controlled Substances Act as a "Schedule 1' substance.

On Friday, March 18, Current Democratic Senator Tim Kaine visited Cosby for a forum hosted by the politics club. Students from government classes had the opportunity to submit questions, and 14 were chosen to be asked at the forum. Questions ranged from topics such as the government treatment of ISIS, to the decriminalization of marijuana. To the latter, Kaine said that while he, “support[s] drastic changes in sentencing laws…I wouldn’t vote for a law at the federal or state level that would decriminalize marijuana.” He thinks the nation should see how things go in Colorado and other states who have legalized marijuana before making a decision

Has asked if Marijuana legalization has encouraged contraband entrepreneurs to switch to heroin.

To his credit he has recently given lip service to the idea of U.S. federalism where the various States may enact differing statutory policies regarding Marijuanna.

Like perhaps every other U.S. politiian Kaine has limited any discussion of drug prohibition relaxation to Marijuanna.

Given the concern over the physical health of his senior running mate Hilllary Clinton, such as with her faltering as she was escorted to a secret service vehicle in Manhattan, N.Y. on September 11, 2006 following an early departure from a 911 memorial gathering, there's concern over Kaine being placed in such a position as Clinton's Vice President thus having him litterally a heartbeat from becoming the U.S. President in the event that she dies or becomes otherwise incapacitated.
